Leveraging Health Opportunity and Equity (HOPE) Initiative.

The Louisiana Center for Health Equity (LCHE) is excited to partner with the National Collaborative for Health Equity (NCHE) for the Leveraging Health Opportunity and Equity (HOPE) Initiative. The Leveraging HOPE data platform is dedicated to identifying and measuring the gaps in data to display areas needed for improvement to achieve health equity across demographic populations, including race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status. The HOPE initiative is a community of practice using the data to improve the quality of life in communities of color across the country by fostering a more equitable pandemic recovery.
